Website use
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security, availability, accounts, APIs, or other users. Information published on general marketing pages is provided for orientation and does not replace a signed proposal, service agreement, or statement of work.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your login method, and notifying ABS Soft if you suspect unauthorized access. ABS Soft may restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or service operation.
Proposals and service scope
Project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, support, ownership, third-party costs, and acceptance criteria are determined by the proposal or agreement accepted for that engagement. Website descriptions do not add deliverables to an agreed scope.
Payments and third-party services
Available online payments are processed through the identified payment provider. Provider availability, transaction processing, domains, cloud services, email platforms, advertising platforms, and other third-party services are also subject to their respective terms.
Intellectual property
The ABS Soft name, website design, original copy, and owned materials may not be reused without permission. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement and any third-party software or asset licences.
Availability and changes
ABS Soft works to keep the website accurate and available but may update, suspend, or correct features and content. Maintenance, network failures, provider incidents, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control can affect availability.
Responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its own actions and agreed obligations. Any warranties, remedies, liability limits, cancellation terms, or dispute procedures for paid work must come from the applicable signed agreement and governing law, not from general marketing statements on this page.
